Shipping & Returns


Process time of your order
Your items will only be dispatched once your order has been confirmed  and payment completed.
All items will be dispatched  within 1-2 business day of placing your order. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the carrier and order tracking information.
Note: All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next  working day. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail with an estimated  delivery date.

We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, such as holidays or incorrect addresses. And we recommend that someone be available to accept the package. If you are not able to sign for delivery at home we suggest having parcels sent to your workplace or left with a neighbour.

You may be liable for added delivery charges if a delivery attempt fails.

Free Delivery
Free delivery is offered for purchases made with a value  £70 and over to UK mainland destinations only.  Free delivery for UK mainland delivery is automatically enabled at checkout once your purchase totals £70 and over.  Free delivery over £70 offer excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.

Shipping options and charges
Shipping your purchases on time is very important to us. To make sure you receive your purchases as soon as possible, the items mostly will be shipped by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS. We're glad to offer international shipping to most places in the world.

Postage Rates.
Various postage options are offered to customers, depending on the estimated weight of the order. Most options offered include a 'Tracking' service to enable customers to check on the progress of their delivery. If this service is applicable, then customers with an e-mail address will automatically be advised of the parcel having been dispatched, along with details of their tracking number.

Shipping Times/Rates

Track your order
When the order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking code and express website in 48-72 hours which you can check the items online. You can also track your order on the My Account page.

Get your order
The shipping time varies based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. Normally, you will get the items in 10 business days after you finish placing the order. Please pay attention with your account at anytime. If you don't receive your order in 15 days, contact Local Post Office A.S.A.P. immediately. You can also contact our customer service team; we will make every effort to serve with you.

Sign for the delivery
A signature is required for your delivery. If you or a  family member are unavailable, they will take the parcel back and send the order next day. Should you receive a parcel,  which is obviously damaged beyond acceptability, please REFUSE delivery. Do not sign for the package, then  contact us immediately at info@rumbah.com  stating the reason for refusal. We will then resolve  the problem in the best and quickest means possible.   We advise you to inspect the contents of your  delivery prior to signing.

USA/International shipping
- We offer competitive shipping rates to USA and other international destinations.
- International orders may take additional processing time (one or two extra days).

Refuse a shipment
If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are not available or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit/debit card used for your order.
Unfortunately! Non-returnable items in a refused order will not be accepted upon return to us. These orders will be sent back to you unopened.

Taxes & Customs Duties
All items in our online store are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means that, all relevant duties and taxes may be imposed by some countries. Customers are liable for any applicable custom duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country. In addition, if you wish to make an exchange, you would be also responsible for taxes and duties on the replacement item.

Return your purchase
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us via E -mail info@yabbafoods.com  You need to send pictures of the item to our mail box. The email subject should be named with "Order No." so that we can give you a quick reply (Many thanks!).
Do make sure that you request the Returns Merchandise Authorization within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective items should include the vendor packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If you wish to return your purchase,  return shipping costs are  the responsibility of the customers. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reasons for return.

Get your Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original purchasing credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 or more business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchange your purchase
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Specify the exchange item and the new model or size in your email to the customer service center. Items must be in original condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon the completion of exchange processing.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, we're sorry that you may pay 30% of item's price (not a reduced price or Market retail price) as our poundage and restocking fee for your returned items. The exchange shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customers.

Cancel your order
If you wish to cancel the order to refund, please contact us immediately. Cancelled orders that haven't been shipped will be refunded with a deduction of a 10% of the order(s) total price as cancellation fee, which is charged to cover administrative costs and transaction fees involved in the cancellation of order(s).

Important information
a) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
b) If you wish to return or exchange the item(s) you've ordered form us, you must deliver it/them by your local post office. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by email.
c) We don't accept the returning of Sale and Online Clearance item(s). If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
